Tucson, Arizona
In late 2013, Tucson is getting a four-mile stretch of streetcar—and lately it has been pushing for the title of “Best 23 Square Miles of Mexican Food in the U.S.” But the southern Arizona city is already established as a primo winter cycling and hiking getaway—highs rarely go below 68 from October to June.
