Fiji's northern region and the Somosomo Strait have long been deemed the 'Soft Coral Capital of the World.' Located between Vanua Levi and Taveuni, the Strait's strong currents provide a steady flow of nutrients for soft coral, sustaining Fiji's most renowned dive sites, the Great White Wall and Rainbow Reef.
