St. Croix Beach Travel Tips

Keep your clothes on—public nudity is prohibited in the Virgin Islands.
Grab a drink at the bar across from Cane Bay Beach. Shady trees, excellent snorkeling and diving, and restroom facilities make this spot the most popular on the island.
Carry cash. While Saint Croix's beaches are public, neighboring hotels may charge a small fee for use of resort facilities.
Float over to Buck Island, a top snorkeling spot in Saint Croix. Sign up early and bring a few refreshments for the half-day excursion.
