What to do in Silver Lake State Park

Silver Lake State Park is located off SR 19A onto West Lake Road in northwestern New York. The public land offers an opportunity to launch a boat, picnic, fish and enjoy seasonal hunting. Other day use facilities are offered.

This public day use area offers visitors an opportunity to launch a boat onto Silver Lake. Power boating, wind surfing, personal watercraft and more are enjoyed on the lake. Anglers enjoy the population of walleye and panfish. Silver Lake is known for a good location to teach young anglers.

Silver Lake State Park offers a boat launch, fishing opportunities, seasonal hunting, hiking, a picnic grove and an opportunity to cross-country ski in winter.
