Akokala Lake
Across wooded ridges to lake surrounded by craggy peaks.
Trailhead: Northside of Bowman campground
Distance: 5.8 miles
Level: Moderate
Altitude change: Climb 1,105 feet, descend 400 feet.

Numa Ridge Lookout
One of the easiest lookouts to reach in Glacier
Trailhead: Bowman Lake
Distance: 5.6 miles
Level: Moderate
Altitude change: Climbs 2,930 feet.

Bowman Lake-Brown Pass
Good wildlife trail - osprey, eagles, elk. Follows Bowman Lake before climbing a glacial valley.

Altitude change: 2,200 feet

Quartz Lake Loop
Over the Cerulean Ridge to pleasant valley lakes.

Logging Lake
Easy hike through old growth forest to headwaters of Logging Creek.

The Great Northern Traverse
Runs from Kintla Lake to Chief Mountain customs. Takes in parts of the Boulder Pass, Waterton Lake, Stoney Indian Pass and Belly River trails through some of the wildest regions of the park.
