Deschutes National Forest

Mountain Biking
Gorp.com

The folks at Deschutes National Forest have established a really smart mountain biking trail system that covers all the bases—scenery-wise and up-and-down-wise. So whether you want to take it short or long or easy or intense you connect the dots. The terrain here is so teriffic that GORP has chosen the area around Bend, Oregon, as one of its biking Meccas Beyond Moab. Happy pedaling!
