jerlich rates Newport

Well worth a stop on a coastal road trip, Newport has some great food and very friendly people. I highly recommend Rogue Brewery on the marina as well as Super Oscar's for inexpensive, authentic Mexican. The main strip on the marina is a little touristy, but the seafood is generally quite good and the vibe is authentic as Newport is a major hub for commercial fishing.
