What to do in Cabo San Lucas

WE are taking our first trip to Cabo San Lucas and have many questions. For some of our questions we have found lots of information, others insufficient info. What I would like to know is about the water and whether you should drink the water that comes from the taps/faucets. Would it be advisable not to drink it or is it safe to drink? Also
What is the most economical way to get to and from the Airport if the place you are staying at isn't one that you can prepurchase round trip transportation (only one way from airport and no return allowed due to some regulation.)
