- This quaint motel rents seven rooms and one cabin, some with kitchenettes, within a few minutes' drive of Joshua Tree National Park. The rooms have been recently remodeled and are decorated with the work of local artists. For a clean, simple place to sleep, the budget rates here can't be beat.
- A bit of history: The rock band U2 stayed here while working on their "Joshua Tree" album. A few Hollywood films have been shot here as well.
