A two-year modernization brings fresh splendor to the most exclusive hotel of Barcelona. Centrally located and near the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia and famous landmarks such us the Picasso Museum and the Sagrada Familia. It boasts an important art history, as Salvador Dali and his wife Gala used to live in the Royal Suite, nowadays Suite Dali. True to its name, the hotel has outfitted its public areas in opulent style, with marble colonnades, ornate moldings, richly upholstered seating and crystal chandeliers. The guest accommodations have a more contemporary feel, with some of the Classic Deluxe rooms sporting mosaic-covered Roman-style bathrooms.
