The hotel's classy restaurant Sapori del Lord Byron is one of Rome's finest and most romantic. The chef takes traditional regional cuisine and gives it a lively twist, with artistic presentations, while a sommelier guards—and shares—a superb wine selection.

Located in the Parioli quarter, an exclusive neighborhood just north of the Borghese Gardens, this 32-room boutique hotel revels in art deco embellishments, in keeping with the villa's 1930s origins.
