- Guestrooms are situated on a steep hillside, making them ill-suited for those with mobility limitations.
Though often described as a fishing and diving lodge, Aguila de Osa Inn has plenty to offer guests, in the class and charm of a modern bed and breakfast. The inn's thirteen guest-rooms (eleven standards and two suites) feature large tiled bathrooms, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and banks of screened windows that let in the bright colors and sounds of the surrounding rain forest. Because the resort is perched on a steep hillside, views of the bay are spectacular. (By the same token, those with mobility limitations may find Aguila de Osa difficult to manage.) Meals are included in the rates and begin with a thermos of hot coffee left at your door at 5:00 a.m. Breakfast and dinner are served family-style in the resort's large open-air dining area; expect fresh eggs, fruits, veggies, a selection of pasta, seafood, and meat dishes--even sushi now and then.
