The JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes, along with its sister property the Ritz-Carlton, share the 500-acre Grande Lakes property, whose highlight for golfers is the 18-hole Greg Norman course. The Marriott has 1000 rooms, compared to the Ritz-Carlton's 584. Guests of either hotel can enjoy the other property's facilities. Kids hang out in the Marriott's lazy river pool and families like the dive-in, poolside movies. Budding duffers can sign-up for a "golf-etiquette" lesson at the Ritz. Grande Lakes is about 10 miles from Walt Disney World and 7 miles from Universal Orlando.
