Sunset Waters Beach Resort is a good fit for LGBT divers and snorkelers who want to explore the estimated 65 spectacular coral sites that surround the island. The isolated location, 35 minutes from Willemstad toward the island's western tip, means committing to a rental car or spending your time lounging on site. But that pain, if you really want to call it that, is eased by its location on a white-sand beach, a swim-up bar, a cliff-top restaurant, on-site dive shop, and weekly seafood buffets and barbecues. A small, private section of the beach is reserved for nude sunbathing. Rooms have basic floral bedspreads and tile floors, the kind of spaces where you'd feel comfortable kicking off sandy shoes. It's worth it to upgrade for an ocean view.
