A Colorado Tradition since 1909, the Stanley Hotel is a fixture both visually and historically in Estes Park. The Stanley has spectacular views in every direction and is six miles from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Recent renovations have restored the 138-guestroom hotel to include all modern amenities. Be sure to take a ghosts and history tour if you have the time. See why the Stanley was the inspiration to Stephen King's The Shining.
