San Juan County
Almost exclusively a residential island, Shaw is the smallest of the ferry-served islands, and it's a great place to tour by bike. Its ferry dock is operated by Franciscan nuns, who also run the island's only grocery store. There are no restaurants, hotels, motels, or B&Bs; here, so if you wish to spend the night, prepare to camp at Shaw Island County Park.
