LG's new, fully loaded VX9800 cell phone, set up for Verizon Wireless accounts, may well be the year's ultimate gizmo; just beware that you run the risk of becoming inconsiderate cell-phone guy as you take pictures of everything in your path and zap it instantly to your friends. Equipped with wireless Internet and Bluetooth technology, the VX9800 packs a handy 1.3-megapixel camera and camcorder on its back in a totally integrated multimedia package. Able to stow up to three dozen large-format image files, you can arrange and share photos with a few clicks of the keypad. Better still, the phone unfolds like a Lilliputian mothership to reveal a 320-pixel-width LCD screen and keyboard where you can compose that gloating email to your office chums: "Here's a photo of the Baja surf. Wish you were here!" The interface is a breeze to use, too. $400 with one-year Verizon contract; www.verizonwireless.com
