It's fairly easy to get around. Grab a bite to eat somewhere down on the coast road, where you'll find lots of cool buildings. Or to put it another way, there's nothing to do in the airport!" As for your Zanzibar vs. Oyster Bay question, my sense is that you should settle for Oyster Bay given that you've got a relatively short time in transit.
