FYI, Disneyland is a 1 1/2 hour drive north of San Diego. I think 4 days for Disneyland is overkill. You will be theme parked out what with Legoland and Seaworld thrown in too. Though it's winter and temps could be cool, beach time is a must in SD. There is a local amusement park in Mission Beach called Belmont Park that has a great old wooden roller coaster plus other fun games/rides for all. The Wavehouse is a fun place for adults to enjoy a beer where the kids are welcome too. You can attempt boogie boarding on a simulated wave. It's got great views right on the oceanfront walk. Have a great time!
