Not to throw too many more options into your DR all-inclusive soup, but I'd look at the Paradisus Palma Real and Club Med Punta Cana into the mix. The Paradisus features a newish Reserve annex with big Family Concierge suites that offer adjoining rooms, sprawling living areas, and extras like PlayStations and milk-and-cookie turndown service.
