  Your Senior National Parks card can be used at any national park in the United States. If you forget your pass or happen to lose it, entrance fees to Devils Tower are only $10.00 per non-commercial vehicle, or $5.00 a person if you are on foot. Tours are also available, and the price depends on how big the tour is. Below is a link to a website that will give you all of the information you need on tours.   It seems that you can take Hwy 212 to Hwy 326 in Alzada, and Hwy 326 will turn into 112 in Hulett. Once you get to Hulett, you can get on Hwy 24 straight to Devils Tower. With this route, you will go in a triangle pattern and still be using 212 for most of the drive.
