  If you're really set on weeklong snorkeling, I'd go to Bonaire, not Curacao. Curacao is GREAT, but its snorkeling isn't as easy or as epic and Bonaire's shore diving. Curacao does have great beaches--but to see the best you'll want to get away from the resorts as they all reside on manufactured sand beaches rather than natural ones, and thus the snorkeling isn't too exciting. Cas Abu beach is grand, with decent snorkeling. Ocean Encounters is the big player on the island, and should also be able to point you to other island locales good for snorkeling. Also consider a day trip with them to Klein Curacao, a small deserted island west of the mainland. It's got decent snorkeling, and makes for a nice change from Willemstatd and surrounds.
