Anonymous user asked:where are the best ruins/templesAnswer this1 AnswerAnonymous user answered:Just a two-hour drive from the Americana of Cancun, Mayan ruins pepper the Yucatan landscape. Most people hit Chichen Itza and Tulum, where reconstruction is stopping decay and giving better insight into Mayan daily life. Another site, Coba, serves up 80 square miles of ruins, five lakes, and the tallest pyramid on the peninsula. Take the climb -- the top gives you a great span of jungle, and the tops of other ruins reach above the canopy. To lose the crowds, try the ruins at Muyil, a rarely visited site that's also a bird-watching haven.

Anonymous user asked:What is the weather like in Mid June? Going on a HoneymoonAnswer this1 AnswerAnonymous user answered:It'll be warm enough, but you'll be going at the beginning of the rainy season. Spells of rain can be pretty sharp and sudden, though you will also get plenty of calm spells in between those tempestuous seasonal "nortes." Of course, the upside of the occasional rain shower is lower prices and slimmer crowds, which coincide with the Cancun high season winding down around mid-April.

Anonymous user asked:What are the prices like for food in Mexico?Answer this1 AnswerAnonymous user answered:Hate to be facetious, but that all depends on where you eat. You can choose from budget cantinas for about $5/meal to ultra-luxe gourmet restaurants where you'll drop three figures or more on dinner. And, as this is Cancun we're talking about, you're not going to find many bargains in the heavily touristy Hotel Zone. Expect to pay here the same as what you might at home. Go a little further afield to eke out better prices, though you'll also pay a premium at more remote resorts where the establishment's restaurant is your only option.
