  Unfortunately, Amtrak doesn't offer service to Branson. You could ride the rails from St. Louis to Kansas City (Missouri River Runner service), but then of course you still need to get down to Branson from there. Honestly, bus options don't look much better. Any chance you could rent a car, as it's pretty mcuh a straight shot down I-44 to Springfield and then about 40 miles south to Branson.
