  Don't know where you are in Bucks County, but it's a 160-mile drive from somewhere like Langhorne, PA, to Bethany Beach. I expect that if you leave at 10pm on October 27, you should be OK getting down I-95 and then US-13 through Dover unless there's an accident or something. Bear in mind, too, that it's off-season so not much danger of hitting too much weekend beach traffic.

  WE want a relaxing mid-March 4 day stay where we can bike and enjoy quiet and nature....

  Ocean City is about 15 miles away, so it's a short drive from Bethany. It seems as though there are plenty of beautiful scenic bike riding trails in Ocean City, so if that's where you want to stay it sounds like a great choice!
