Contest Rules for the Spa Vacation Contest
No purchase or other consideration necessary to enter. Making a purchase or entering on the website will not increase your chances of winning.

1.	How to Enter: On any day, from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) 5/01/02 through 11:59 p.m. ET 7/31/02, visit Away.com and submit your entry at http://away.com/contest/contest-entry-form.tcl?domain=lancome#. Alternatively, to enter without registering as an Away.com member, please handwrite your name and address on a 3x5 card, write on the card that you have read and agree to these Contest Rules for the Spa Vacation Contest, sign the card, and mail it to: Away.com Attn: Spa Vacation Contest 702 H Street NW, Suite 200 Washington, DC 20001 No mechanical entries permitted through the mail-in method. One entry per envelope. Only one entry per person by registering on the website or mailing in the 3x5 card. To receive additional entries, submit up to 25 email addresses of your friends and family, either by entering them on the website or submitting them with the 3x5 card, and for each person who enters, you will receive one additional entry. All entries, whether by website or mail, must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 7/31/02. Away.com assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right to change any contest date. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Spa Vacation Contest should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest.
2.	Drawing and Notification: Winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing on Away.com on or about 8/1/02. Winner will be notified by e-mail or phone within 48 hours after the drawing. Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within 7 days (168 hours) of prize notification, except where prohibited by law. Winner's guest will be required to sign a Liability Release. In the event of noncompliance, an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Away.com.
3.	Eligibility: The Spa Vacation Contest is open only to United States residents, except residents of Rhode Island. All contest entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter and to be eligible to win. Void where prohibited. Employees of Away.com, and all of their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling and children, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees and directors are not eligible.
4.	Prize: Grand Prize includes Spa Vacation for two at Red Mountain Adventure Spa and a $500 Shopping Spree on Lancome.com. Spa Vacation at Red Mountain Adventure Spa in St. George Utah includes: Seven night stay for two at the Red Mountain Adventure Spa. Double occupancy in deluxe accommodations (one room for two) Round-trip air for two, economy class, from winner's departure city in the United States to St. George, Utah. Three healthy gourmet cuisine meals daily Unlimited fitness classes Healthy living programs, classes, lectures Daily guided group hiking Guided group biking Daily cooking demonstrations Full use of resort facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools, cardio and weight training facility, walking trails Complimentary transportation between the resort and the St. George Airport Spa Vacation does not include: Spa and health/fitness services. Adventure trips or adventure sports. Value of Spa Vacation package - $4,000 $500 Lancome.com Shopping Spree Prize: Grand Prize winner will also receive one $500 Shopping Spree on Sponsor's website located at www1.lancome.com/x4 (the "$500 Shopping Spree"). No prize substitutions, transfers, or cash alternatives permitted except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are each winner's sole responsibility. Shopping spree must be taken within two months after the issue date. All other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winners. Total Value of Grand Prize - $4,500. Prize may not be substituted by winner. Prize is not transferable. Winner must give three week's advance notice to book reservation and plane ticket for the Red Mountain Adventure Spa. Spa Vacation at the Red Mountain Adventure Spa must be completed by 8/5/03. Winner and his/her guests will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein including but not limited to taxes, gratuities, souvenirs and any other incidentals.
5.	General Terms & Conditions: No cash redemptions or substitutions permitted, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the featured prize becomes unavailable. Federal, state or local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Away.com, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the employees, officers and directors of all such entities, from all liability with respect to acceptance, possession or use of the prize awarded and consent to the use of their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. All Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to extend the contest and/or extend the date for selecting and notifying the winner. If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, with appropriate legal approval, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest and/or to select the single prize winner from among the entries received prior to the suspension or termination of the program; and Sponsors further reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or in any way corrupts the entry process. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
