This trail starts at Bonita Meadow where it parallels several mountain meadows. Trail traverses through Schaeffer Meadow and ends at Stony Meadow. This trail connects with Trout Creek and North Meadow Trails providing some steep grades. Best suited for intermediate to advanced riders.
Directions: From Kernville, Travel north about 16 miles on Mtn. 99 and turn right (east) onto Sherman Pass Rd. (22S05) and travel about 16 miles to FS 22S41 then on to the trailhead.
Elevation: 8,160 feet
Elevation Gain: 640 feet
Distance: 10 miles
Difficulty: Moderate/Strenuous
