Little Chetco Trail starts near Coldsprings Camp and runs down a serpentine ridge to the Emily Cabin area where it follows an old mining road to Copper Creek. It crosses the Chetco River then follows it downstream. It then crosses over a steep hill to Madstone Cabin site. Horse travel is not recommended past Copper Creek. The trail is steep, rugged, narrow, and primitive past the Emily Cabin area.
