The trail starts at the dam on the south side of the reservoir. It is a scenic and rocky walk along the reservoir ending at the Upper Hell Hole Campground and the Rubicon River.

Directions: From Georgetown, Travel 15 miles east on Wentworth Springs Road, turn north on Eleven Pines Road. Continue 45 miles to Hell Hole dam.

Elevation: 4,600 feet

Ending Elevation: 4,800 feet

Elevation Gain: 200 feet

Usage: Light
