Tread carefully on Blue Creek Trail, especially through the sandy washes at the onset. The path reels for approximately 5.5 miles and up 2,500 feet before circling back to High Chisos woodlands. The red rocks area is the halfway marker, recognizable by its vibrant coral-colored peaks.
