Saddleback Ranch is an 8,000 acre fourth generation family owned and operated working cattle ranch. The Ranch offers a 40-minute sleigh ride to the Double Dollar Lodge, where guests are greeted with a warm cup of hot chocolate or hot apple cider and a home cooked meal. After dessert, there is dancing and calf roping.

Saddleback offers year-round, western family fun—cattle feeding by sleigh, wagon dinner rides, riding, cattle drives, and a tubing hill. The winter dinner sleigh ride is a magical must.
The sleigh glides along under a starry winter sky, through fields of moonlit snow, its passengers bundled and cozy under thick wool blankets. After 40 minutes, the sleigh arrives at a lodge for hot cider, a filling meal, and a little dancing. You can even learn calf roping from the wranglers if you want.
The ranch provides pick up and drop off at hotels or condos, at about 5 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. respectively. Dinner and sleigh ride aren't cheap, but leave room in your budget anyway.
