• Take this 3.7-mile challenging trail to the top of Mount Moosilauke, at elevation 4,802 feet, the highest point on the Appalachian Trail since way down south in Virginia.
• The trail starts on Dartmouth property, near the Ravine Lodge and climbs 2,500 feet. Numerous other trails spur off this path.
• When you reach the top, you will find a bare summit offering spectacular views. Interestingly, you will also see the remains of an old hotel.
