The summit of Munger Mountain offers excellent views of Jackson Hole and surrounding mountains. It is possible to use this trail to make a loop via Rock Creek.

Trail Begins: 0.25 miles up a spur road off Fall road just north of bridge over Fall Creek

TRAIL ENDS: Munger Mountain summit

ATTRACTIONS: The summit of Munger Mountain offers excellent views of Jackson Hole and surrounding mountains. It is also the site of an old fire lookout. It is possible to use this trail to make a loop via Rock Creek. The trail begins and ends at the Munger Mountain summit.

Directions: From From Hwy. 89, south of Hoback Jct., Follow Wilson - Fall Creek road north roughly 2 miles to Pritchard Pass. Turnoff to trailhead is on right, 0.7 miles north of pass (right after creek crossing).

Elevation: 6,320 feet

Ending Elevation: 8,383 feet

Elevation Gain: 2,063 feet

Distance: 1.5 miles

Usage: Moderate

Difficulty: Strenuous
