ATTRACTIONS: This trail is a connection between Cottonwood Creek and Fish Creek drainages.

Directions: From Jackson, Follow Hwy. 191 north and make a right on Gros Ventre Road. Follow Gros Ventre Road east past the bridge over the river at Upper Slide Lake to Gunsight Pass junction. Bear right and follow main road into Cottonwood Creek drainage. Bear left at Cottonwood Creek/Fish Creek junction and follow jeep road along Cottonwood Creek until it becomes a trail. Follow Cottonwood Creek Trail to junction at mouth of Spruce Creek.

Elevation: 8,920 feet

Ending Elevation: 8,860 feet

Elevation Gain: 60 feet

Distance: 7.5 miles
