From Winopee Lake Trail to the Pacific Crest Trail. Access to Snowshoe Lakes, Long and Puppy Lakes. The trail is in the Three Sisters Wilderness Area. Wilderness Permits are required for both day-use and overnight travel in the Wilderness from Memorial Day Weekend until Oct. 31. Permits are available at the trailhead.

Directions: From Bend, Travel 46 miles west and south on Cascade Lakes Highway (46), then west on F.S. Rd. 4635 for 3 miles, to reach the Winopee Trailhead. From the trailhead follow the Winopee trail to its junction with the Snowshoe Lakes Trail.

Elevation: 4,750 feet

Elevation Gain: 600 feet
