  • The difference in price between full and half day raft trips are not proportional to trip length—a full day's a great hour-to-dollar deal. If you've got the time to spare, devote a day to the magnificent river, it's an experience that will stick with you.
  • Wear clothing that can get wet, and footwear that won't fall off. Sunscreen and sunglasses would be wise, as well.
