  • The live-animal exhibits give the museum a bit of a zoo-like feel, but the emphasis on education. And they don't stop with animals—you'll get a kick out of the living human history exhibits. Come get face to face with a gila monster and a stagecoach driver.
  • Kids love the outdoor nature-inspired exhibit/playgrounds, where they can climb on a larger-than-life spiderweb or burrow in a hollow tree like an owl.
