Tucked behind rows of sky-high pines is the Dorothy Molter Museum, where Dorothy's memory as a 56-year Boundary Waters resident and paddling, hiking, fishing, and skiing aficionado is preserved. After Dorothy passed away in 1986, her cabins were transported to Ely and restored by volunteers. Learn about Dorothy's life while sipping an ice-cold root beer.
