This open-air tropical restaurant (formerly known as Froggie Jacques) offers dining on the spacious wooden decks under its arched, thatched roofs. It feels like a fine dining treehouse, with candlelit tables overlooking the moonlit bay. The restaurant is right on the water overlooking Vigie Cove, just minutes from the capital city of Castries. Chef Jacky Rioux has traveled the world, and mixes up his Creole cooking with local market-fresh ingredients and ocean-fresh ingredients and French cooking methods. He even makes his own spices and seasonings, and smokes his own fish and meat. A good selection of French wines compliment dishes like mixed seafood brochette in a curried coconut sauce with king prawns, scallops, and fish of the day, or spiced tiger prawns in a Cajun sauce.
