The Greenman Trail leads south 1.4 miles from the Ranger Trail to the summit of Green Mountain.

The Greenman Trail, marked as the E.M. Greenman Trail on the Trails in the Boulder Valley Map, leads 1.4 miles south from the Ranger Trail to the summit of Green Mountain. The trail is 1.4 miles long and gains 1,194 feet in elevation. It is rated as moderate by the Boulder Mountain Park Rangers. This trail may be used in conjunction with several other trails to create loops within the Mountain Parks.

Directions: From Flagstaff Mountain Road, From Highway 36 take the Baseline Road exit and travel west toward the mountains. Follow Baseline Road 1.5 miles passed the entrance for Chautaugua Park and following Flagstaff Mountain Road to the right. The road ascends Flagstaff Mountain with many switchbacks and sharp turns. Continue on Flagstaff Mountain Road approximately 3.4 miles to the Flagstaff Summit Road. Turn left, away from the summit road, and park in the area provided. Follow signs to the Green Mountain Lodge. At the trail intersection with Gregory Canyon Trail take the right fork of that leads to the Ranger Trail. Follow the Ranger Trail to the Greenman Trail.
