FamilyExpert Tips & Helpful Hints
  • Housed in an 18th century villa, this museum has an excellent collection of Italian artwork, including portrait miniatures, medieval marblework, glass, porcelains, and Greek and Roman archaeological finds.
  • This is a good place to see examples of inlaid wood and marquetry for which Sorrento is known. Check it out before heading out to buy from local craftsmen.
  • One of the best features here is the garden of palms, citrus trees, and flowers and its spectacular view of the coast.
