The hike to Mount St. Helena is not for the faint of heart or the out of shape. The ten-mile route to the summit and back gains 2,000 feet in a pretty straight shot. You'll start up a dirt road, work your way through chaparral and rock formations, and finally scale the South Summit, an unmatched spot to view the beautiful Napa Valley in all its glory.
