Renowned for their aquatic megafauna, the islands are home to seven species of shark, including whale sharks and hammerheads, not to mention Pacific manta rays with 20-foot wingspans, bottlenose dolphins, and even humpback whales. To reach these open-ocean seamounts, located 250 miles south of Cabo San Lucas, you'll need live-aboard dive boat.
