Basque food is not Belgian, so don't expect mussels and French fries. Do expect tasty tapas and an extensive wine list along with a dedicated gay and very stylish clientele. Ixelles is a bit far from the city center so if you're staying in or around the Grand Place then cabbing it might be the best option. After dinner, Ixelles is worth walking as there are lots of clubs, pubs, and discos in the area.
