  • The divers only feed the sharks on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.
  • Older children might enjoy taking part in one of the oceanarium's "Animal Adventures," including diving with or without the sharks. In many cases, participants must be certified divers who are at least 15. Exceptions include the Stingray Splash (where a 4 foot 2 inch minimum height restriction applies) and the Snorkel Safari.
  • The Auckland Multipass gives the holder entrance to Rainbow's End, the Sky Tower, Kelly Tarlton's, and a Fullers ferry cruise to Rangitoto Island.
The snowcat that transports visitors around the Antarctic Encounter brings something quite unique to this fun aquarium. Even the youngest visitors will be enthralled by the penguins they pass as the snowcat trundles along its track. The museum-style
