The E.G. Bührle Collection is one of the most prestigious of private art collections. It comprises medieval wood carvings and paintings by the old masters, but above all works by French artists of the 19th and 20th century. Among these are famous paintings by Manet, Degas, Cézanne, Monet, Renoir, Gauguin, van Goth, Picasso and Braque.
This town house is home to approximately 200 exhibits, which are preserved in a private atmosphere due to the dignified interior, including antique furniture and carpets.
