The Romans were using the thermal springs - the richest in minerals in Switzerland - as early as 2000 years ago. Healing waters rise from 19 springs at 47°C, promoting physical, mental and spiritual equilibirum. In the public "ThermalBaden" area, there are indoor and outdoor thermal pools, where one can swim in the beneficial water of the valuable thermal springs all year round. In the Limmathof Novum Spa guest can avail themselves of a veritable Wellness oasis with whirlpool, Hamam, Kneipp shower facilities, and much more. Visitors feel revitalized after a few days of pampering in the Schweizerhof Thermal Spa, where Roman Baths are among the special treatments. Medical treatments under the guidance of physicians, especially for rheumatic and metabolic disorders, are offered.
