Eco-tour operator Fluid Adventures offers a unique mix of kayaking, surfing, and yoga programs based out of Santa Catalina. Sea kayaking excursions start at $40 per person. There are also full-day, overnight, and multi-day excursions to Coiba Island or the mainland coast that include snorkeling, hiking and environmental education. Surfers can rent boards, take lessons, or join multi-day surf camps and expeditions. (Combination kayak/surf expeditions can be arranged as well.)
