Playa Blanca is a white sand beach on the island of Baru, south of the city of Cartagena. The beaches here are less crowded than those in the center of Cartagena. Many tourists use taxis or buses to reach the beach, but a more scenic way is to take a small boats on a 40 minute crossing.
