This trail offers lovely streamside views along with Bash Bish Falls.

Bash Bish Falls offers an easy 1.5 mile round-trip hike along the Bash Bish Brook through a forest of mixed conifers and hardwoods with interspersed jutting boulders. About midway, a set of steps descend to a large natural platform offering picturesque views of the falls. The split falls spills about 50 feet with the right spill widening before reaching the deep pool. Retrace your steps to the trailhead.

Directions: From Copake Falls, NY, Take County Road 344 east for a mere .7 mile to reach the Bash Bish Falls Trailhead.

Elevation: 800 feet

Elevation Gain: 400 feet
